1. Purpose

Globe King Records creates, owns, licenses and distributes original music, beats, videos, written content, graphics and other creative materials under the Globe Made It brand. This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property on the website and in Globe Made It products may be used and how Globe King Records responds to suspected infringement. It applies together with the Globe King Records Terms & Conditions and any applicable product or licensing agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Except where otherwise identified or where rights belong to a third party, Globe King Records owns or controls the intellectual-property rights in the materials it creates or lawfully uses on its website and through its services. This may include:

• original beats;
• instrumental compositions;
• music;
• audio recordings;
• albums;
• videos;
• photographs;
• graphics;
• artwork;
• website design elements;
• written articles;
• tutorials;
• product descriptions;
• logos;
• brand names;
• slogans;
• visual identity;
• original promotional materials; and
• other creative content.

Not every element appearing on the website is necessarily owned exclusively by Globe King Records.

3. Globe Made It

Globe Made It is the public-facing creative brand associated with Globe King Records. The Globe Made It name, logos, visual identity and associated branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing on the website grants permission to use Globe King Records or Globe Made It branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or ownership without authorization.

4. Copyright Protection

Copyright protects qualifying original works, subject to applicable law. Globe King Records reserves all rights that it owns in its copyrighted works except for rights expressly granted to customers or visitors. The purchase of a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. For beat-specific rights, the Beat Licensing & Digital Product Terms and any applicable written license govern.

5. Website Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content may not be:

• copied in substantial form;
• reproduced;
• republished;
• redistributed;
• sold;
• licensed to others;
• uploaded to another website;
• incorporated into a competing commercial service;
• used to create a competing content library; or
• commercially exploited without authorization.

Reasonable personal viewing, listening and sharing of links is permitted where consistent with the website's intended use.

6. Music and Beats

Globe Made It beats and music may be purchased or licensed under specific terms. A visitor or purchaser does not acquire ownership merely by:

• listening to a track;
• downloading an authorized file;
• purchasing a beat;
• purchasing an album; or
• receiving permission for a particular use.

The rights granted depend on the applicable product and license.

7. Unauthorized Music Distribution

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

• upload a Globe Made It beat as a standalone recording;
• distribute the beat through another music marketplace;
• sell the beat;
• make the beat available for download by others;
• place the beat into a competing music library;
• include the standalone beat in a sample pack;
• sublicense the beat; or
• otherwise redistribute the underlying music.

A license to use a beat in a finished creative work does not necessarily authorize redistribution of the underlying instrumental.

8. Extraction of Musical Elements

Unless expressly authorized, you may not extract and separately distribute:

• stems;
• loops;
• samples;
• melodies;
• drum patterns;
• sound-design elements;
• MIDI;
• isolated recordings; or
• other components of a Globe Made It production.

You may not use extracted elements to create or sell a competing sound library, sample pack or similar product.

9. AI Training, Dataset Use and Automated Scraping

Unless Globe King Records expressly provides written permission, you may not use Globe King Records or Globe Made It content to:

• train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
• create or contribute to a dataset used for AI or machine learning;
• fine-tune an AI system;
• generate a competing music or content library;
• systematically scrape the website;
• automatically download substantial quantities of content;
• mirror the website or its content;
• create a searchable commercial database of Globe Made It material; or
• otherwise systematically reproduce or repurpose the site's content.

This restriction does not prevent uses that are mandatory exceptions under applicable law.

10. Web Scraping and Automated Access

Automated access, crawling, scraping, extraction or indexing that places unreasonable load on the website or reproduces substantial portions of its content is prohibited unless authorized. This does not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing or other automated activity that is permitted by applicable law and reasonably consistent with the operation of the public website. Globe King Records may implement technical measures to restrict abusive or unauthorized automated access.

11. Videos and YouTube Content

Globe Made It videos may be shared through normal platform functions such as links or platform-provided sharing tools. You may not download, re-upload, reproduce or commercially republish Globe Made It videos outside the permissions provided by the platform or by Globe King Records. A YouTube video being publicly viewable does not mean that its underlying music, footage, artwork, images or other elements are released into the public domain.

12. Screenshots and Social Sharing

Reasonable sharing of Globe Made It content for personal or informational purposes is generally permitted where the original source is identified and the content is not materially altered or presented as your own. You may share:

• links to the website;
• links to individual pages;
• links to official videos;
• official social posts; and
• other platform-provided sharing formats.

You may not use sharing as a method of reproducing the underlying content for a competing or commercial purpose.

13. Trademarks and Branding

Globe King Records and Globe Made It names, logos, marks, slogans and other branding may not be used without authorization in a way that:

• suggests endorsement;
• suggests sponsorship;
• creates confusion about affiliation;
• falsely represents a business relationship;
• incorporates the marks into another brand; or
• otherwise misappropriates the brand identity.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Materials

The website may contain materials owned or controlled by third parties. These may include:

• manufacturer logos;
• product images;
• YouTube content;
• photographs;
• music or audio elements;
• software names;
• trademarks;
• affiliate materials;
• links;
• embedded content; and
• other third-party materials.

Globe King Records claims ownership only over intellectual property that it owns or has the legal right to use. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

15. Affiliate and Manufacturer Materials

If Globe King Records displays a third-party product name, logo, photograph or description in connection with an affiliate relationship or product recommendation, that does not mean Globe King Records owns that material. Use of third-party materials does not grant visitors permission to copy or commercially reuse them.

16. Customer-Created Content

If the website later permits customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, music or other content, the customer generally retains ownership of their original content unless a separate agreement states otherwise. By submitting content, the customer may grant Globe King Records the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the feature, subject to the applicable submission terms and consent requirements. Customer content must not infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material appearing on the Globe King Records website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact: info@globekingrecords.com Please provide sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the concern. Where possible, include:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material;
• identification of the material you believe is infringing;
• the location of the material on the website;
• an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
• information demonstrating your ownership or authorization to act for the rights holder; and
• any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.

18. Review of Complaints

Upon receiving a credible intellectual-property complaint, Globe King Records may:

• investigate the complaint;
• contact the relevant parties;
• temporarily restrict access to disputed material;
• remove or disable access to material where appropriate;
• request additional information;
• preserve relevant records; or
• take other action reasonably appropriate to the circumstances.

Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal. Globe King Records may decline to act where a complaint is incomplete, unsupported, clearly abusive or where the material appears to be authorized or otherwise lawful.

19. Counterclaims and Disputes

If material is removed or restricted following an intellectual-property complaint, the affected person may contact Globe King Records with information explaining why they believe the material is authorized or does not infringe. Globe King Records may review additional information before determining whether further action is appropriate. Nothing in this process replaces any formal legal procedure or remedy available under applicable law.

20. False or Abusive Complaints

Intellectual-property complaints should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false, misleading or abusive claims may result in Globe King Records taking appropriate action, including restricting communications or preserving evidence for potential legal proceedings.

21. Copyright Management and Content ID

Where Globe King Records uses automated copyright-management systems, including YouTube Content ID or similar services, those systems may identify or manage uses of eligible content. Customers must not knowingly submit Globe Made It material to an automated rights-management system in a way that falsely claims ownership of Globe King Records' underlying work. Specific Content ID rights may be granted under separate commercial or licensing agreements.

22. Licensed Customer Works

A customer who has received a valid license may use the licensed material according to the terms of that license. The existence of a customer license does not transfer ownership of Globe King Records' underlying intellectual property unless the applicable written agreement expressly provides for an assignment.

23. Rights in Customer Contributions

Where a customer contributes original lyrics, vocals, recordings, performances, artwork or other original material to a project, ownership of that contribution remains with the customer unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights in material they provide.

24. Commissioned Works

Ownership and licensing of commissioned music, jingles, custom beats and other specially created works will be determined by the applicable written agreement. Unless such an agreement expressly transfers ownership, Globe King Records does not automatically transfer copyright merely because a customer paid for the commissioned work.

25. Copyright Registration

Purchasing or licensing Globe Made It material does not authorize a customer to register Globe King Records' underlying work as though the customer were its copyright owner. Customers remain responsible for accurately identifying ownership and contributions when registering their own works.

26. Enforcement

Globe King Records reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to take reasonable measures against unauthorized use of its intellectual property. These measures may include:

• requesting removal;
• requesting cessation of unauthorized use;
• restricting access;
• disabling downloads;
• terminating applicable permissions;
• notifying platforms or service providers;
• reporting suspected infringement;
• preserving evidence; and
• pursuing available legal remedies.

Globe King Records may also seek compensation or other remedies where legally available.

27. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No visitor, customer, licensee or third party receives intellectual-property rights by implication, estoppel or otherwise merely because Globe King Records has made material publicly available.

28. Copyright Exceptions and Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to prohibit a use that is expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law. This may include statutory copyright exceptions, fair dealing, fair use where applicable, quotation rights, criticism, review, news reporting or other legally protected activities, depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances. • new licensing models;
• changes to enforcement practices; or
• other business developments.
